GOODSYNC RASPBERRY PI FREE

Though, it did seem to struggle when I made folder name changes and ran the sync/backup, but that may just be a limitation of the free version. While not 100%, it did roughly 90% of everything I needed it to.

8.5/10Ĭongrats, SyncBackFree by u/Slopz_ has won my first place. It's only just barely beaten out by my 1st place winner, but only because it's my personal computer and files that I'm working with. 6/10ĭSynchronize by u/Stinky_Fartface - This one actually comes in Second Place, from what I was able to determine from usage, is that if I'm not too worried about security transferring from one computer to another, it works great. But after roughly 30 mins, I was still not setup where I needed to be, where 1st place I was almost completely set in the same time frame. 3/10ĬhoEaz圜opy by u/ORIOLESFan02YT - You get third place, it didn't seem like it would do the more complicated things I needed it to do, but that may be just because I didn't give it enough time. • Rather than manually copying over any changes, is there a piece of software that will do the following? I have been manually copying it over to my network connected external hard drive destination address of:$networkname\storagedevice\drivename\music_folder\(appropriate album or artist_folder) I tend to get music from various places, such as family who ripped it from their discs and super old downloaded mp3's, which often requires renaming it, editing the Metadata, and putting it into my origin folder which is:$user\music_folder\(appropriate album or artist_folder) I have looked through previous Threads in this subreddit, the only reason I'm posting this is because all the ones I looked at are at least 2+ years old, and not quite what I was looking for. As title explains, I am looking for a piece of software that will copy / backup files.
